En tant que prestataire de services, nous sommes responsables, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019art. 7 paragraphe 1 de la TMG (loi allemande sur les m\u00e9dias), de nos propres contenus dans ces pages au sens des lois g\u00e9n\u00e9rales en vigueur. Toutefois, conform\u00e9ment aux art. 8 \u00e0 10 TMG, notre r\u00f4le de prestataire de services ne nous oblige pas \u00e0 surveiller toutes les informations communiqu\u00e9es ou enregistr\u00e9es par des tiers, voire \u00e0 enqu\u00eater en cas d\u2019indices concernant une activit\u00e9 ill\u00e9gale.<\/p>\n
